There are no refunds on Personalised Items unless we are at fault.
If you are not totally satisfied with your item.
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your item. However, if for some reason you are not, you may return your item and we can either send you another or arrange a full refund. If you wish to do this, you must notify us within 7 working days after the day of receipt of your item. We will ask you to return the item in its original condition unused .You must inform us by emailing at email@example.com if you wish to return your item. Whilst we will provide a full refund, including any delivery costs, we do ask that you pay for the cost of returning the item to us.
Returning an Item.
If you are returning a item you have a duty to keep it in your possession and to take reasonable care of it until you return it.
Skins must be returned unused on their backing in the original packaging.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of refund request. Faulty item.
If you receive your item and it is damaged or faulty in any way
or is not the item you ordered,
Pease contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item
and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you straight away.
We will ask you to return the item to us, the cost of which we will cover.
In all cases you must return the item unused .

Cancelling your order before we have dispatched it.
If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it,
You may do so within twenty four hours of ordering.
please contact us immediately and we will cancel your order and arrange for a full refund. Please inform us your wish to cancel your order by emailing us at email@example.com. You will need to give us your full order details as well as your name and address.
